Q1. How Do I Know If My Order Is Being Processed?

An Order Confirmation email will be sent to you once we start to process your order. And the Shipped Confirmation email will inform that the order is already on its way to the shipping address.

Q2. Can I Change My Order After I Place It?

We sincerely remind you to check your shopping bag carefully before finalizing the order. And you may write us an email at [email protected] or visit our Live Chat for help if you want to change your order after it's placed.
The order can not be changed after it's shipped.


Q3. How Long Will It Take You To Ship My Order?

It normally takes about 1-5 working days for us to process your order before it's shipped.


Q4. Can I Cancel My Order?

You can not cancel your order after the receipt of Order Confirmation. Please write us an email at [email protected] or visit our Live Chat for help if you need to cancel your order.
If the order is already shipped, we can not cancel the order for you, either. In that case, please sign the parcel first and then refer to our return policy. We won't take any responsibility if you refuse to sign the parcel.

Q5. Can I Alter The Shipping Address After I Place My Order?

You can write us an email at [email protected] or visit our Live Chat for help ASAP if you want to change your shipping address before the order is shipped.
If the order is already shipped, we are truly sorry that we can not change the address for you. In that case, please keep a close eye on the tracking information and contact the shipping company when the time is right.


Q6. Why Was My Order Canceled?

Unfortunately,sometimes the item you ordered may suddenly become unavailable, if we couldn't get in touch with you, we will cancel the order (normally 5-6 working days later) and refund to your paypal account/credit card originally used for the payment. If your order contains additional items, we will ship the other items and remove the unavailable item from the order.
