Q1. Which Countries Does STYLESIMO Ship To? Is It All Free?

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders, no minimum purchase!

Q2. Do You Offer Express Shipping?

Yes, you may choose express shipping on the check-out page, it will cost you another $15.95.
And we don't do overnight shipping.


Q3. Will There Be Tax Or Duty? What If The Customs Contacts Me?

Usually there's no tax or duty fee for our customers, we will do our best to avoid them. If the customs contacts you, please write us an email at [email protected] and don't go to the customs until you hear back from us.
Also, we will compensate you in the form of stylesimo credits if you have to pay the tax.


Q4. Will I Get A Confirmation When The Order Is Shipped?

We will send you a Shipped Confirmation email when the entire order is shipped out.

Q5. How Soon Can I Get My Order?

It normally takes 1-5 working days for us to process your order before dispatching, the time may be longer if the order is large or during holiday time. We will do our best to minimize the potential impact of any processing delays.

Q6. How Can I Track My Order?

You can track your order in "My Account" 2-3 working days after you receive the Shipped Confirmation email.

Q7. Can I Change The Shipping Address After It's Shipped?

Sorry, we can not change the address for you after the order is shipped. In that case, please keep a close eye on the tracking information and contact the shipping company when the time is right.

Q8. Do You Ship To P.O.BOX Address?

Sorry, we don't ship to P.O.BOX address, please write a correct delivery address in your order.


Q9. What Should I Do If My Order Gets Returned?

Please contact the shipping company or post office as soon as possible if you notice your parcel is being returned to us, if they already returned the parcel, please write us an email at [email protected], we will arrange the refund or redelivery.

Notes concerning parcels being returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery caused by the following reasons:

1. Incorrect address;

2. Shipping company couldn't get in touch with the recipient or the recipient is not at the delivery address;

3. Awaiting collection as requested by recipient, but the recipient didn't show up;

4. The customs contacted the recipient, and the recipient refused the parcel directly without contacting us first;

5. Customer refuses to sign the parcel.

Customers are responsible for the shipping fee (10% of the parcel's value, $40 the maximum) if a refund is required, or they will have to pay $15.95 extra if they want a redelivery.
