Q1. How Can I Return My Order?

All items purchased from Stylesimo can be returned within 45 days of receipt.
Please indicate your reason of returning and write us an email at [email protected] before you return the order, or download the Return&Exchange form and send us an email. We will answer you as soon as possible and explain to you how the return would be processed.
Please don't send back your order until we emailed you back with the appropriate address, which is not the one displayed on the parcel.


Q2. Return Policy

We have very strict quality control and inspection before we dispatch the order. If you receive an item that is not in its perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered, will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
$15.95 express shipping fee is not available for refund if you request a return or refund.
Please don't ship the parcel via express shipping, if it generates customs fee, we won't take any responsibility. And please fill out any customs documents with "Product Returned-$0.1 Value" if needed.
Also, please be made aware that exchanges/returns are not available for M. B. items.


Q3. What Should I Do If The Parcel I Receive Is Not The Complete Order?

We might divide your order into several parcels to ship. If the parcel you receive is not the complete order, please contact our Customer Service for confirmation.

Q4. Is It Possible To Exchange A Product? Yes, it's possible to exchange a product. Please indicate the reason you want to exchange the order and write us an email at [email protected] or visit our Livechat.

Q5. What Should I Do If I Receive A Damaged Product?

When you receive a damaged or faulty product, please write us an email at [email protected] and send us some pictures, our team will process this issue for you as soon as possible.

Q6. Do You Provide Return Labels?

Q7. Returning Shipping Fee

Our customers are responsible for the returning shipping charges if the order is returned because they bought the wrong size/color or caused by non-quality problems.
